先进建筑实验室和他们的“种植建筑” 
 

Introduction
项目来自先进建筑实验室，建筑师穆威于2010年回国任教并开始建筑实践，在华中科技大学成立了“先进建筑实验室A{a}L”。“先进”一词包含了两个层面的含义：一是以“参数化建筑”、“数字集成建造技术”为方向的绝对技术上的先进性；二是以“胶合竹预制建造体系”为代表的公民自建体系研究：尝试将建筑学知识更广泛的应用到社会的各个层面，去探索建筑学在社会学上的先进性。先进建筑实验室A{a}L创始人为华中科技大学刘小虎和穆威，目前有全职合伙人Sam Cho、覃菘和研究合伙人周超，分别毕业于新加坡国力大学、美国南加州大学和南京大学建筑学院。 先进建筑实验室A{a}L致力于成为一个开放的设计学知识共享平台，关注多元建筑学知识的生成并在实践中加以应用；先进建筑实验室A{a}L尝试将建筑学作为认知世界的方式，以“跨界”的姿态串联教学研究和项目实践，通过带有个人理想色彩的工作方式为学生、建筑师和有独立思考能力的研究者提供享受建筑设计的可能。
